EntPathways is ENTECH's answer. Rather than talk about the shortage, we're doing something about it: bringing committed new entrants face to face with the professionals who build the country's biggest shows, and giving them honest, practical guidance on how to build a career in the industry.
It's non-profit and industry-led — run for the trade, not for profit. It's built on more than five decades of roots in Australian live events, and it's delivered inside ENTECH, the touring show the industry already trusts.
